ESX is proud to announce the leaders of its 2025 Operations Education Track as the event gears up for another impactful year. Taking place in Cobb County, Atlanta, Georgia, from June 16-19, 2025, ESX will offer valuable insights and strategies on optimizing operations for electronic security and life safety companies.
The Operations Education Track will focus on developing and maintaining efficient processes that enhance customer retention and streamline workflows. Nemerofsky is deeply involved in industry organizations, contributing to PSA, SecureVizual, and Security Sales & Integration Magazine. As vice chairman at FAST, he’s dedicated to nurturing future security professionals. Recognized for his contributions, he’s received prestigious awards. Beyond work, he’s committed to philanthropy and cherishes his family. Nemerofsky’s legacy is one of innovation, leadership, and community impact.
Kelly Bond
Partner, Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Group
Kelly Bond, with 28 years in the security industry, joined Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group in 2021. Her focus is on representing buyers and sellers of Alarm and Integration companies, following years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. She previously served as VP of Dealer Development at Brivo and spent over a decade as Senior VP of Business Development at Alarm Capital Alliance (ACA). Kelly is also actively involved in the industry through her volunteer work, including roles with SIA’s Women In Security Forum and the Electronic Security Association’s National Scholarship Task Force and Leadership Identification and Nominating Committee.
