Online Listing Fee
Each ESX booth comes with a $500 mandatory listing fee. This fee covers the platforms and resources we engage to ensure we’re promoting our partners both online on our website — and then transferring all of that to our mobile app for onsite exposure. This helps to ensure even very busy exhibitors/sponsors are able to get exposure to attendees to boost reach and engagement with our attendees prior to, at and after the actual event. The mobile app includes free badge scanning and will allow you to set meetings with attendees 2 weeks prior to the event.
