ESX, owned by ESA, brings together electronic security and life safety professionals for practical education, meaningful connections and opportunities to learn from peers across the industry.
The ESX education program is designed specifically for security dealers, integrators and monitoring companies, with sessions focused on the real-world challenges and opportunities of running and growing a successful business.
We’re looking for industry professionals who can share practical insights, proven strategies, lessons learned and experiences that can help their peers strengthen their businesses, teams and customer relationships.
At ESX, some of the most valuable insights come from professionals who have been in the field and learned through experience.
Have you found a new way to grow your business? Improved your sales or marketing strategy? Developed a stronger approach to service or operations? Built a successful team or company culture? Put new technology or innovative practices to work? Navigated a significant challenge or change?
We want to hear from you.

ESX is committed to providing practical, peer-to-peer education that attendees can take back to their businesses and put into action.
Our speaker selection process focuses on integrator/dealer professionals with relevant experience, expertise and real-world perspectives to share. We are especially interested in speakers who can provide practical examples, lessons learned, actionable strategies and insights that go beyond theory.
Each year, the ESX Education Advisors identify the key topics and areas of focus for the education program based on the needs and priorities of today’s electronic security and life safety integrators/dealers.
Prospective speakers who have relevant experience and expertise in the selected topic areas will receive priority consideration. Applicants should select the topic(s) that best align with their experience and explain why they would be a strong fit to speak on that topic.
What makes a strong ESX session?
If you have experience that could help your peers grow, improve or navigate the challenges of today’s industry, we encourage you to apply to speak.
