Tammy Cozby began her alarm industry career in 1986 with Sonitrol as a monitoring agent and advanced through multiple acquisitions, taking on leadership roles with PSI, Protection 1, ADT, and ADT Commercial. With over four decades in central station management, she is now Vice President, Monitoring Operations for Everon, where she oversees two fully redundant Five Diamond certified monitoring centers. Tammy is active in industry associations, including The Monitoring Association and Partnership for Priority Verified Alarm Response (PPVAR), where she has served as Vice President since 2024. In March 2023, she was named to SIA’s Women in Security Forum Power 100. ESA
