Spencer directs the firm’s Benchmarking and Research and Consulting activities, working with multiple industry associations to orient their reporting and data toward a standardized approach to measuring performance. Spencer also has extensive involvement in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions activities. He has over 30 years of industry experience, including operational expertise at SecurityLink, Signature Security (AUS/NZ), Cambridge Protection, and Honeywell Security Monitoring before joining the firm.
