2025 ESX Speaker Shannon Woodman is the President and third-generation leader of Washington Alarm, a family-owned small business serving Washington State since 1943. She began her career in 2000 as a sales rep and became President in 2011, helping grow the company into one of the state’s largest privately held alarm providers. Shannon has been recognized by SSN Magazine’s “20 under 40” and has received multiple industry awards. She currently serves on the boards of TMA, NetOne, and SILSA NW.
