Marc P. Katz is an attorney in Indianapolis, Indiana, who has more than 40 years’ experience in various in-house and outside corporate legal positions. His experience concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, employment law, litigation management, contracts and real estate matters, especially in the area of electronic security services. Prior to the establishment of his current law practice (Law Offices of Marc P. Katz, LLC), he was Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of Best Access Systems.
