With over 27 years in the security industry, Kelly Bond is a partner with Bridgepoint Advisors, LLC, a security industry-based Mergers and Acquisitions firm, which specializes in guiding Alarm, Integration, Fire Company and Central monitoring station owners through the complexities of buying or selling businesses.  Before Bridgepoint, Kelly was an advisor with Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group, representing security company owners in the sale of their businesses. Her prior several years were spent as VP of Dealer Development with Brivo, a software-as-a-service company providing cloud-based access control and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Alarm Capital Alliance (ACA)where she was responsible for increasing company growth through acquisitions.

Kelly not only brings a wealth of security industry experience but also a commitment to the industry with many years of volunteer work. She served on the initial Steering and Nominations committees of SIA’s Women In Security Forum (WISF), is the National Scholarship Task Force Chair for the Electronic Security Association (ESA) and serves on ESA’s LINK committee.

Kelly is a 2024 inductee to the SSI Security Hall of Fame, 2023 SIA Women In Security Forum Power 100 honoree, was the 2016 recipient of the Sara E Jackson Memorial Award.
