Jennifer Holloway leads the Security Industry Group at CIBC US, focusing on delivering custom commercial lending, treasury management, and capital markets solutions within the security sector. Her expertise includes significant roles in acquisitions, financing, underwriting, and business development, notably participating in over 70 acquisitions and 200 capital fundings to support client growth strategies. A graduate in strategic management and entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas, she actively contributes to the community through board membership at a non-profit preschool, co-chairing The Monitoring Association (TMA) Associates Council, participating in the ASAP Task Force and Finance Committee for the Electronic Security Association (ESA).
