Exhibitor Registration
Badge allotment is based on booth size:
10×10 booth = 3 EXPO Only Passes
10×20 booth = 5 EXPO Only Passes
20×20 booth = 8 EXPO Only Passes

Hotel Reservations and Room Blocks
Special reduced rates have been secured at several Irving hotels. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and discounted rooms are only available while blocks last, so be sure to book early for the best selection and price.
NOTE: It has been brought to our attention that companies may try to reach out to book your hotel rooms. Only reservations made through the ESX website will be considered part of our group. This is a scam—please do not respond.

ESX provides exhibitors opportunities to increase visibility before, during, and after the show. Our official press and media list—featuring key industry publications and media partners—will be available to exhibitors in May 2026 and may be used for pre-show outreach and onsite media engagement.
