Spencer Rogers joined Barnes Associates in 2006 and serves as Senior Vice President. He is based in Jupiter, Florida. Spencer has over 30 years of industry experience including operational experience at SecurityLink, Signature Security (AUS/NZ), Cambridge Protection, and Honeywell Security Monitoring prior to joining the firm. Spencer leads the firm’s benchmarking programs working with multiple industry associations to orient their reporting and data towards a standardized approach to measuring performance. He also has extensive involvement in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions activities.
