Jessica Ping is the Marketing and Communications Manager for Bates Security, based out of Lexington, Kentucky. She joined the Bates team in 2022, helping with all internal and external communications, as well as the company’s marketing efforts for all 5 branches. She recently spearheaded the website consolidation project that won Bates Security the 2022 SAMMY Award for Best Website Design. Jessica looks forward to any brand growth opportunities and methods to elevate team culture and engagement.

Outside of work, Jessica loves traveling, great food, and staying physically active. You can catch her weight training in the mornings or on an evening walk with her husband and their dog, Colonel.
