To protect the integrity of ESX educational programming and the intellectual property of speakers and presenters, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during all education sessions and Main Stage presentations.

The following activities are prohibited without prior written consent from ESX management:

• Audio recording
• Video recording
• Livestreaming
• Broadcasting, retransmitting, or distributing session content in any format

All session content—including presentations, materials, and discussions—is the intellectual property of ESX and/or its speakers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in immediate removal from the event, revocation of event credentials without refund, and potential legal action.
