Rick entered the electronic security industry in 2005 after spending 15 years in the Muzak business learning the value of RMR.  He is a current board member of ESA.  He currently serves on the FAST – Foundation for Advancing Security Talent Engagement Work Group.  He also serves on the board of the Integration Association of Florida (IAF formally AAF) and is the Chairman of the Workforce Development Committee and the ESA Youth Scholarship Committee.
Rick is married 45 years to Donna,  They have four grandchildren (Ricky, Maddie, Cami, Carsyn).  They have three married children (Rick, Dustin and Carly).  Rick (Michele) is the commanding officer of US Coast Guard Station Lake Worth Inlet.  Dustin (Meghan) is about to assume command of the US Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Station in Panama City.  Carly (Cole) is Yoga instructor married to an Army Doctor stationed in San Antonio.
