Will was raised in the alarm industry and brings over 30 years of experience across all areas of the security business. He began as a part-time installation technician in high school and has since worked in sales, installation & service, customer service, and central station monitoring. As President, Will leads with a focus on management, strategic planning, and industry engagement. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Tennessee and previously served as President and Regional Vice President of the Tennessee Network of Security Integrators. He is also an active member of C12 Group in Johnson City and focused on building a great business for a greater purpose.
