Bio
Melissa Brinkman is CEO of the award-winning company, Custom Alarm, located in Rochester, MN. She leads her team of 70+ customer service-focused employees dedicated to leveraging technology to find solutions for their customers.
Melissa joined Custom Alarm 25 years ago, a company her dad started in 1968. She started in sales and marketing and before working her way up to CEO in 2014.
She prides herself on volunteering and engaging in various organizations locally, as well as in the security industry. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, attending live concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

How to Attend
An ESX Executive or Deluxe Pass is required to attend all best-practice sharing sessions, like this one.
Deluxe Pass – This pass includes all ESX Programming — except for the Executive Experience. Pass holders will enjoy access to all best-practice sharing education, main stage sessions, expo activities and nightly networking events.
Executive Pass – This pass includes all of the ESX Programming of the Deluxe Pass with additional Executive Experience Sessions and working lunch.
Deluxe Pass – This pass includes all ESX Programming — except for the Executive Experience. Pass holders will enjoy access to all best-practice sharing education, main stage sessions, expo activities and nightly networking events.
Executive Pass – This pass includes all of the ESX Programming of the Deluxe Pass with additional Executive Experience Sessions and working lunch.
