With over 25 years of leadership experience at the Walt Disney Company, Marvin knows what exemplary service looks like. During his Disney tenure, he held a variety of leadership positions for Y2K Planning, Park operations, Resort Operations, Disney Special Activities, and lead the Customer (Guest) Relations department at the busiest Theme Park in North America. 

While on vacation in 2007, a communication failure on his home security system changed his career path and his life. Marvin owns and operates Orlando Emergency Signal, a local security provider in Central Florida, well known for being “unapologetically 100% client focused” for the last 18 years. During this same time, he as served on multiple industry panels, committees and associations. Marvin is currently President of the Integration Association of Florida (2024-2025) and was awarded Resideo’s Medal of Honor in 2023.
