Bio
Jeremy Bates is a VP of Business Development at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety and is the former president and co-owner of his family’s businesses Bates Security and Sonitrol of Lexington. Together with his team, Jeremy built Bates Security into one of the leading security companies in the nation reaching as high as #32 on the SDM 100 and is a former SDM Dealer of the Year. Bates Security joined Pye-Barker Fire in Safety in May 2024. As an active leader in the security industry, Jeremy currently serves as Chair-Elect on the ESA’s Board of Directors.

How to Attend
An ESX Executive or Deluxe Pass is required to attend all best-practice sharing sessions, like this one.
Deluxe Pass – This pass includes all ESX Programming — except for the Executive Experience. Pass holders will enjoy access to all best-practice sharing education, main stage sessions, expo activities and nightly networking events.
Executive Pass – This pass includes all of the ESX Programming of the Deluxe Pass with additional Executive Experience Sessions and working lunch.
Deluxe Pass – This pass includes all ESX Programming — except for the Executive Experience. Pass holders will enjoy access to all best-practice sharing education, main stage sessions, expo activities and nightly networking events.
Executive Pass – This pass includes all of the ESX Programming of the Deluxe Pass with additional Executive Experience Sessions and working lunch.
