Timothy J. Pastore is the Chair of the Commercial Litigation Department at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP.

Her previously served as a Captain and Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the U.S. Air Force and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Mr. Pastore has represented some of the largest companies in the security industry, including Comcast, SimpliSafe, ADT, Cox, Mediacom, Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable, Altice, Protection One and others.  He is national litigation counsel to several companies and a trusted advisor on various legal and operational matters.

Mr. Pastore led the successful defense at trial of cable giant Comcast in a home invasion case in Seattle – heralded as a top-ten defense verdict.

Mr. Pastore hosts the annual MSO Electronic Security Summit – an invitation only conference of attorneys from electronic security service providers.   Mr. Pastore is also a published author – as the monthly legal contributor for Security Business Magazine.
