Kierra Lusk is a seasoned professional with 11 years of experience in the Security Industry. What makes her contributions as the Support Operations Manager unique is that she also worked in the field as a Technician allowing her to perform her duties today with a true understanding of the different aspects while also being able to provide technological support to her Team.
As the Support Operations Manager, her role is to Lead and Manage the Customer Service Center, Service Dispatch Team and the Technical Support Team at Bates Security. Kierra is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband and 2 children.
