Tondria is a 30-year veteran of the fire, sprinkler and security industry, where she has served in various leadership roles. In her current role as Area Vice President for ADT Commercial, she helps to manage Southern California, one of the top revenue-producing areas for the organization, leading a team that exhibits critical expertise across many markets and solutions, including in banking, security, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.

Her drive to innovate is unmatched, and she now possesses a patent in our field for cutting-edge technology for analyzing an event at a premises in order to reduce the occurrence of false alarms. Throughout her career and in a testament to her wide-ranging expertise, she has consistently invested in the professional development of others, emerging as a forerunning advocate for inclusivity and diversity across the industry.

She participates actively in the ADT Women’s Business Employee Resource Group, and has extensive experience and a passion for mentoring fellow industry members. Tondria is a graduate of New Mexico State University where she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a minor in Spanish.
