Rich uses 24 years of industry experience in Information Technology and 10 years of experience in Security Integration to train the next generation of security and life safety industry leaders at RFI. Rich is passionate about education and process improvement through training. Rich is committed to teaching technical concepts to non-technical individuals to help them improve their technology literacy. Rich works through difficult service delivery issues to improve customer satisfaction and empower service teams to go the extra mile for customers. Rich lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife of 18 years and his 3 children. Rich is a professionally trained chef and loves talking about food. Rich also enjoys gardening and visiting historical sites and learning new things.
