Cindy Ponder has been in the security industry for over 10 years.  Starting out as Service Manager for Bates Security, she has been an integral part of the company from one branch to five branches across two states, and customers throughout the U.S.  Cindy’s current role as Vice President of Operations is focused on all aspects of operations to ensure efficiencies with install, service, customer service, and collaboration with Sales and Finance, and upholding the Bates Security company Core Values and Vision.  She has a strong passion for improving efficiencies and leading a great team, celebrating her team’s small victories and even bigger accomplishments.  Cindy considers it an honor to be in such an important industry that protects our families and businesses.
