Sophia is ESA’s Membership Development Manager, specializing on helping electronic security and life safety integrators realize growth and increased efficiencies through leveraging ESA Membership.  She graduated from Texas Tech University with a dual-degree in Psychology and Philosophy. She is skilled at finding creative solutions to complex problems while strengthening multifaceted networks of people.
