In 27 years, she has worked with the latest technologies strategically implementing procedures required to create maximum efficiency and increase RMR through Video Services.  As past Secretary of PPVAR (Partnership for Priority Verified Alarm Response), she participated in creating standards for collaboration of public safety, electronic security, and insurance industries including TMA-AVS-01. As a member of the CAA and WISE (Women in Security Evolution), she is passionate about supporting inclusion and elevating women in this industry.
