With over 20 years in the security industry, Joe Thompson joined Barnes Associates in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Previously, Joe was the SVP and Portfolio Manager for Pacific Western Bank’s lending activities in the security alarm industry, a position he also held with CapitalSource when they were acquired by Pacific Western Bank. Prior to that he was the Chief Credit Officer of SLP Capital, a non-bank lender to the security alarm industry.
