Life is a collection of stories we tell and consume throughout our day. Interestingly, the story that consumes us also controls us. The sudden and prolonged disruption of the last two years has left many with a story of a diminished sense of hope. In this interactive talk, Tony will reveal the vital lessons that anchor our story of hope, personally, professionally, and even organizationally. Equipped with a simple yet powerful model, attendees will be prepared to navigate life’s most challenging circumstances. Additionally, each person will learn how to leverage the three anchor stories to help us in our efforts to be more effective as coaches, mentors, friends, spouses, partners, followers, and leaders.
